ILFL Media Policy

Media Rights

The Inner London Football League (ILFL) from time to time records photographic and video images from the competitions it organises.

By registering for any one or more of the competitions organised by the ILFL or if you attend a competition voluntarily as a spectator, you grant ILFL permission to use your image (photographic and/or video) in media publications including email marketing, brochures, newsletters, general publications, social media publications, website and/or affiliates, waiving any right to inspect or approve the finished material for use now or in the future, whether that use is known to you or unknown, and you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image/video.

If you are under the age of consent then parental consent must be obtained before partaking in any competitions organised by the ILFL

Social Media Policy

As a registered participant in any of its competitions or as part of a registered team management, ILFL will not condone any comments or posts on social media that is deemed to be defamatory, inciteful or which can be construed as cyber bullying towards the league, any of its management committee members, referees, other staff or volunteers.

ILFL wishes to encourage good social media banter and for anyone that engages with the league in any capacity to enjoy the activities offered by ILFL without fear of being villified, persecuted or bullied on social media.

Any comments and/or posts deemed to be of such a nature will be treated extremely seriously and the league will not hesitate to terminate membership immediately if it feels warranted.



This Policy will be updated from time to time to account for changes in the relevant regulations and the change will take effect once the revised policy is available on this site. Therefore, please refer to this Media Policy each time you register or give consent for registering in any competitions.
